Available to residential consumers which regularly use an electric range, permanently installed electric space heating equipment of at least 10 kW, and one or more electric water heaters, subject to rules and regulations of the Cooperative.

Single phase, 60 hertz, at available voltage, through a general single meter point. Motors shall not exceed 260 ampere starting current at 230 volts.

The monthly rate shall be:

Service Availability Charge: $13.50
plus
First 200 kWh at $0.1527
Next 400 kWh at $0.1327
Over 600 kWh at $0.0847

The minimum monthly charge shall be $13.50.
