AHEC accepts MasterCard or Visa credit or debit card for payment of electric bills, connect fees, deposits, and construction fees. To pay your bill by credit or debit card, please call our toll free number 1-844-859-5980.
If you wish to have your bill charged to your card automatically, please download the form, complete the information and mail or bring the form into our office.
Credit Card Authorization Form
Join our other members who are already taking advantage of this convenient payment option at no additional charge. The payment will be taken out of your account the 15th of each month. It is easy to enroll. You can download the form below, complete the information and mail or bring the form into our office. Once enrolled, a message will print on your bill stating, "BANK DRAFT" and the bill amount to be deducted from your account will be shown. Then you can relax, your payment is always on time.
Bank Draft Authorization Form
Budget billing is available to members who have 12 months usage history and who keeps their account current. An average kilowatt hour usage of the previous 12 months will be taken and your monthly bill will be set at this amount. Each July bill will show a recalculation of the average usage and any adjustment to the monthly amount will be made at this time. AHEC may adjust the budget amount if your usage is determined to be significantly different than your past average.
